Food Restrictions Won’t Help You Reach Optimal Fertility

Cutting gluten, dairy, or animal products isn’t the fast way to the healthy baby you want so much.

If anything, eliminating large food groups from your diet without a specific medical reason might deplete your nutrients intake.

You don’t need to punish yourself. You did nothing wrong.

Taking Just Another Pill Isn’t Going

Meet The Fertility Dietitian

Hi there, I’m Brooke Boskovich, MS, RD, LD

I am a Registered Dietitian, trained in functional medicine and specialized in fertility and reproductive health. 

When I’m not spending time in the woods with my family, cooking and creating new recipes under the vigilant eye of my

2-year-old daughter, or growing beautiful flowers and juicy tomatoes, I help women and couples during their fertility journey so they can work with their bodies and have healthy pregnancies.

In the last couple of years, I’ve helped hundreds of couples getting pregnant by overcoming the barriers that were preventing them from finally taking home healthy babies. 

My interest in nutrition and the holistic approach I have in my practice started from my own personal journey. I struggled with not knowing what was wrong with my health for years. And I wasn’t satisfied with the solution I was offered from my medical providers — just take another pill and silence the symptoms — so I started digging deeper. 

And that’s exactly the approach I take with my own patients now: I dig until you find the root cause of your issue

Because I know how frustrating it is when your doctor doesn’t listen to your concerns and offers ”band aid solutions” that are not really fixing the problem. 

That’s why I keep learning and dive into the latest research. Everybody is unique and has different pieces to their puzzle and I love to find the best support for each individual patient that I work with. 

There’s nothing more upsetting to me than seeing women and couples implementing poor advice. 

The conventional medical model minimizes the impact of nutrition and lifestyle changes and too many doctors try to give nutrition and even lifestyle recommendations that aren’t evidence based. 


And even if you have the most wonderful and supportive doctor, their background is not in nutrition and lifestyle. They don’t receive sufficient training on nutrition and lifestyle and when they do it’s outdated and the protocols are based on 20-year-old studies. 


And the information online is just so wrong sometimes.

And given by people that most of the time are neither expert dietitians nor fertility specialists. 

My mission is to show the world how important and powerful targeted nutrition and lifestyle intervention is for fertility and to help my patients find sustainable and realistic solutions that support their goals, but also help them enjoy the life they lead. 

I believe it is fundamental to empower women and give them the knowledge that they deserve to have on how to nourish their bodies and support their fertility.

In May of 2020, two months after completing the Master Your Fertility Program, we found out that we were pregnant!

We continued to implement everything we learned in the program and the pregnancy was a healthy pregnancy with no complications. We welcomed a beautiful, healthy baby boy in December 2020.

How long is the program? Is everything available immediately?

The Fertility Blueprint is a course on how to optimize your fertility composed of recorded lessons, that will be available immediately after your purchase. 

The modules build progressively on each other and I recommend you consume a new module every week, so you have time to assimilate the content, deepen your knowledge and put all the recommendations into practice.

If you want to start from the lessons that are of most interest to you, please do so, but I recommend taking The Fertility Blueprint Course in its entirety to ensure the foundations of your knowledge on how to optimize your fertility are solid!


How much time does the program require each day?

The program is self-paced so you can dedicate as much time as you want to learn everything you need to know to have a healthy baby!

I recommend to start implementing the suggestions contained in The Fertility Blueprint Course at least 3 months before actively trying to conceive, due to the biological cycles of how egg and sperm come to be. However starting 6 months or even 12 months ahead ensures higher rates of success and shorter time to conceive a healthy baby. 


Moreover, your fertility health is strictly connected to your general health. So the earlier you start, the healthier you, your partner and your future baby are going to be. 


I have been diagnosed with unexplained infertility/PCOS/endometriosis/POI/adenomyosis. Is The Fertility Blueprint for me?

When can I expect to see some changes or results?

The timing of your results and improvement depends a lot on the status of your health when you start the program.

As a rule of thumb, in a few weeks after implementing the recommendation in The Fertility Blueprint, you should start to see positive changes in your cycle health, then your hormones, your overall health and your energy levels


These improvements are all indicating that the changes you implemented are supporting your fertility and making your body feel safer and ready to nourish a healthy baby.


Please remember our bodies are all different and we cannot expect to see exactly the same results, so if you don’t see the results you’re expecting as soon as you would think, give yourself some time and grace. You have enough time to improve your fertility. 


Is there a guarantee?

I cannot guarantee you’re going to get pregnant. But I can guarantee that implementing these changes is going to improve your reproductive health and your global wellbeing. 


The sale of the course is final.

I usually have a 14-day guarantee in place for The Fertility Blueprint Group Program, but I'll be on maternity leave soon and I won't be able to process all the admin demands of having a guarantee in place.

The intent of offering the course as a standalone is to give you quick access to science-based, trustworthy and easily-digestible information even if I'm not going to be available for Q&A sessions and 1:1 services (or admin management).


Will I have direct access to Brooke?

I'm using a sperm donor. Can you still help me?

Sure! I support all kinds of families and I’m here to help you get closer to your goal of having a healthy baby! You can do a lot to support your fertility and I’m here to help you achieve that. 


Since we cannot intervene on the sperm quality side — which makes up 50% of your future baby genetic pool — unfortunately I cannot guarantee the same results. But I can definitely help you optimize your egg quality, hormonal balance and reproductive environment so you can shorten the time to get pregnant and grow your family.


My OBGYN has recommended some nutritional changes to my diet, should I implement those recommendations?

The most effective and reliable way to improve your fertility through nutrition and lifestyle is asking a registered dietitian specialized in fertility. 


The conventional medical model minimizes the impact of nutrition and lifestyle changes. And even if you have the most wonderful and supportive doctor, their background is not in nutrition and lifestyle. They don’t receive sufficient training on nutrition and lifestyle and when they do it’s outdated and the protocols are based on 20-year old studies. 


Their background is in medicine. They're not trained in nutrition and it’s not their fault. 


You won’t expect an eye surgeon to do an open heart surgery. 


They're not looking at the same research that talks about all of the important impacts of nutrition and lifestyle change and, and supporting things like egg quality and sperm quality. 


I would never give you recommendations on hormonal therapy and follicle stimulation. Because it’s not what I specialize in. 


So if you really want to optimize your fertility in the most efficient way available — through your food choices and lifestyle changes — work with a dietitian.

It doesn't matter if you work with me, just make sure that you follow the advice and recommendations of a qualified professional that specializes if nutrition and fertility.
